TCGX.pl is a non-commercial, fan-made project. It is not produced, endorsed or authorised by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak or Creatures Inc.

Tools for Pokémon TCG players: a card database, deck building and testing, replay analysis, running tournaments, collection and results tracking, and side games.

Most features work without an account. An account is needed for the collection, results and tournaments.

You sign in with Google, Discord or a code sent to your email. You do not set a password here.

One person, one account. Profile details (name, Pokémon Player ID) should be accurate - they identify you at tournaments.

If you are under 16, you need a parent's or guardian's consent to use an account.

You can delete your account at any time in account settings; deletion removes your data as described in the privacy policy.

You must not: impersonate others, post unlawful, offensive or advertising content, disrupt the service, bypass security, or scrape data in a way that burdens the server.

Tournament names, descriptions, announcements and player names must not break the law or basic decency.

We may limit or delete an account that breaks these rules - where possible after a warning.

You are responsible for the content you enter (decklists, names, tournament descriptions, announcements).

By posting content you agree to it being displayed as part of running the service (e.g. your decklist visible to the organiser of a tournament you enter).

We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law.

The site only provides a TOOL for running a tournament. The organiser is the person who created it and is responsible for how it runs, its rules, prizes and disputes.

We are not a party to the relationship between organisers and players and are not liable for a tournament being cancelled, its result, or its prizes.

Organisers entering participants' data are responsible for the legal basis of processing it.

The site is free and provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation - outages, bugs and feature changes are possible.

We may change, limit or discontinue features. Significant changes will be announced on the site.

Card data comes from external sources and may contain errors. Prices are estimates - check with a seller before buying.

To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for damage arising from use of the site, including data loss, downtime, or decisions made on the basis of site data (e.g. card valuations).

This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law, in particular towards consumers.

Pokémon and the card names and images belong to The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak and Creatures Inc. We use them within a fan-made, non-commercial, informational project.

The code, layout and our own work (e.g. the rules engine and tools) belong to the site owner.

Send feedback, bugs and complaints to kontakt@tcgx.pl or the TCGX.pl Discord. We reply within a reasonable time, usually up to 14 days.

We may change these terms - the new version applies from the day it is published on the site. Continued use means acceptance.

Polish law applies. This does not limit consumer rights under mandatory rules of your country of residence.
